Mini Retreat for 1
(Yoga & massage in 1)
Take time for yourself! Take charge of your health! 2.5-hour mini-retreats, a great way to DEEPLY relax and rejuvenate your energy levels. This is an extra-long session consisting of:
1. Soma yoga class designed around your specific themes,
2. A full Holistic body massage with aromatic oils,
3. A deep relaxation Yoga session at the end of your mini-retreat.
How does it work?
We start with a conversation about what would you like to focus on, what would you like to let go of, and what would you like to increase. This session is designed around your specific needs and preferences. We use this time to set a tone that best suits your needs. The first part of your private mini-retreat is the Soma Yoga session. The pace is slow, which gives you the opportunity to develop body awareness and thereby learn to recognize and release deep-seated tensions in the body. Soma Yoga practice includes gentle and restorative yoga postures. In addition, I use various physiotherapy balls as support. You can think of small and large physio balls, 'still-point inducers', and trigger point balls. You will learn a series of yoga poses that stimulate soft, fluid body movements.
After the Soma Yoga session and a short break, it is time for your Holistic Intuitive massage session with aromatic oil. During a holistic intuitive massage, you will be treated as a whole. Your body and your mind. The hand movements and grips used are slow, rhythmic, and meditative. These hand movements are interspersed with soft shakes (Holistic Pulsing) and relaxing touch (Hands-On Healing) that mainly focuses on the body's energy system.
After the massage session is completed, we will conclude a retreat with a guided relaxation Yoga session. You can stay on the massage table while Marina leads you to a deeper state of relaxation and tranquility.

Soma Yoga session elements
Restorative yoga is a slow and gentle form of yoga that has the intention to bring you into a deep state of relaxation and rest. I use various props such as blankets, bolsters, and blocks to support the body in various yoga poses, allowing the whole system to enter into a deeply relaxed state. Being in these postures has a rejuvenating effect on the body and mind as it allows you to drop down from a fight-and-flight response into the parasympathetic nervous system triggering the so-called “relaxation response", through which your body can heal and renew itself fully.
